Just wondering . . . if you know that someone has alot on their plate with stuff. Lots of doctors appointment and various health issues. Is it hard to offer help to those in that type of situation? Why should that person have to ask? Does it ever occur to them that the person in need of help is to afraid to ask for it? Afraid of the answer NO, no I will not help you out. That the person in need of help has gotten shut down so many times in the past that its hard to put themselves out there to ask for help. So like I stated before in the past, think about what the person is going through or might be going through before you point the finger and make them feel guilty for not asking for help. Its not fair!!!

I just had this happen to me today. I will confess that I have missed alot of work the past 2 ish years due to many doctors appointments and various health issues. A co-worker started to point her finger at me not knowing all the pieces to my puzzle. Not knowing all the baggage I carry. So when she started to point and shake her finger at me I said wait a minute, you know nothing! I shared somethings to her, not all but just a couple of things and then she tried to make me feel guilty for not asking for help. I have a hard time asking for help cause not only cause I have been shut down so many times but I have also been made to feel like my problems are not important that they are petty and that their issues are more worth me spending my time with their issues. REALLY? So I do not ask for help so again, if you know someone hurting, and over whelmed with things in their lives maybe they are waiting for you to offer so they know that you will not be that kind of person to point fingers and put guilt on their already over loaded shoulders.
