I have been baking a lot of new treats for the family and for the kids to take to school in their lunches. So far I have made apple sauce spice loaf, banana bread loaf and tonight . . . Lord willing I will be making a fall version of Jim's Moms Christmas pugs. For the Christmas pug you take a mini round pretzel and place in the center a candy cane kiss and top it off with an M&M. Bake till the kiss is soft and press the M&M in so as it cools the kiss acts like a glue. So the fall version is the same concept. Take the mini pretzel top it with a regular kiss and top it off with a Reese's Pieces candy. Back till the kiss is soft and press the Reese's into the kiss and chill. It sounds yummy!! Once I'm done if they turn out good I will post a pic. I have also gotten the supplies for some pumpkin cupcakes and carrot spice cake. Once the fall its I turn into a lean mean baking machine.
